At 2degrees, our purpose is Fighting for Fair – whether that be for our people, our customers, our partners or the wider community. We are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment so that our people can perform at their best.

Building Cultural Capability is important to us. We have a diverse workforce with 66 different ethnicities represented. Building cultural intelligence in our workforce is a priority – and that starts with building Māori cultural capability. We’re working with partners to deliver learning based on a pathway to cultural capability.

We’ve rolled out learning of te reo and tikanga Māori. We had 120 people learning about Te Ao Māori in 2022 and another 130 in 2023.
