Career Prospects at 2degrees

I have had many opportunities to work with people from different teams in the business and this has come with a pay review every 6 months when changing teams. At the end of my grad programme there is also the expectation that you find a permanent role in the team you would like to be in, and this usually happens, if not they are flexible with doing more rotations or extending the current one.

Networking internally - and then a ton of hard work. Show up, do your job well.
