Culture at 2degrees

2degrees culture is next to none, the people who make up the culture are some of the best people I have met so far. Everyone is super switched on and has a wealth of knowledge, and they are always willing to share this knowledge with you in a way that is constructive and value adding. I'm very fortunate to have made some great friends in my workplace which has allowed a great culture to also be observed after hours. I would definitely say I have very firm work/life boundaries and these are respected so I never work 'after hours'. Socialising is super easy in the workplace - at least the Auckland office, and I have definitely found people I connect with.

The culture is the best thing at 2degrees, there is such a thirst for knowledge and sharing that you can go up to anyone and ask them what they are doing or just chat to them about life. There is also many different support systems, I can go to my manager, grad talent advisor, buddy or coach for any questions I have. If I feel like I have any problems, I know immediately who I can go to and what I can do to talk and fix this problem.

2degrees is home to a wealth of incredible people, with incredible talents. We work together, we build together, we laugh together, we commiserate together. The organisation has been flattened out a couple of times over the past few years, and there is openness to listen from the coalface to the C-Suite about what's working and what isn't.

The culture is great at 2degrees. The people are what set 2degrees apart in my opinion, with everyone wanting to help out and see each other succeed, even across teams. Collaboration and team work is effective and a pleasure to take part in. Additionally, the office has a good balance of being hard working without causing stress, with a great amount of opportunities to socialise.

The culture at the office is amazing, there is no pressure to socialise but opportunities are always present. Working within my team and with other teams is always a positive experience.
