Diversity at 2degrees

We have a Women in Tech, Rainbow Heroes, Muslim, Chinese and Māori communities (and many more) within 2degrees that organise frequent events and inclusion committees. Recruitment has been great with having interns and grads coming through and I know of many people that have taken maternity leave with no issues.

2degrees is rainbow tick certified, and is committed towards being a diverse workplace. 2degrees also has amazing maternity leave policies.

We have our own women in tech , rainbow heros, Muslims @ 2degrees, and Chinese @ 2degrees groups. These groups plan events, raise awareness in their respective areas.
