Management at 2degrees

The managers that I've had have been extremely supportive in my growth and development. They have pushed me to be the best that I can be without feeling completely out of depth. There are many chances for recognition within the teams and the wider teams with our 'FairPlay' cards and monthly wider team all hands.

Great mentors. Occasionally there will be a rotten one, but there's always the occasional one.

I find management really approachable. They are clear communicators, and really want to see their teams succeed.

They are all very supportive and ensure you do what's best for you and your career growth. We are praised and recognised in our team meetings, as well as via our FairPlay cards, where you can send a virtual thanks to an individual or a team using an e-card to let them know you noticed, and their people leader/s will get a heads up too.

All of my managers have been top tier. Willing to go above and beyond to see me succeed
