Salary at 2degrees

Pay is pretty stock standard and bonuses/commission are usually in sales/care roles. Love the perks though!

I thought the starting salary was a bit low compared to my fellow engineering graduates but they have now changed that and we were offered so many chances to an increased salary that I only felt like that for the first 6 months.

I think I'm probably working better than some of the seniors at the company that are valued based on experience, but that's my opinion!
