We have a flexible working policy which means we are expected to be in the office 50% of our time. I feel like this is a great and flexible work policy that doesn't prescribe days for us and we can choose how to make it work on our own schedules. My days flux depending on the week but I am generally in the office 100% of the time as I really enjoy the culture and vibe, I also generally feel more productive in office. Hours of work are also very flexible, it's always just an open and honest conversation with your people leader about what works best for you and your team.

2degrees is very flexible with its working, some people start early and leave early or some start late and end late. We are expected to work from office 50% of your working hours but there is always something going on that I am in office 4/5 days a week.

Very flexible - I have a great relationship with my leader all the way to the executive layer. I aim to be in 3 days a week, in recent memory I've had two full weeks in, and probably average out to around 22 hours a week in the office.
I start early and finish early usually, to ensure I have enough time to get back home to hang out with my newborn daughter.

With hybrid work options, the company is very flexible when it comes to hours in the office. The only criteria is having to be in an office for half of the week, which allows us to fit in work around our busy lives.

If we need to take time out of our day to attend an appointment, or run an errand, we are able to just make up the hours later on in the day or on another day. We also get summer hours, finishing at 2pm on a Friday during Jan/Feb. The longest long weekend is also another great perk, finishing at 12pm the day before a long weekend, to get ahead of traffic and start early.
